General
Welcome to GLACIAL and our website, glacialbottle.com. These terms apply when you place an order through our website. GLACIAL AB (reg. no. 559103-5257), Roslagsgatan 36, 113 55 Stockholm, Sweden, is responsible for the website. By using the site and placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in case of incorrect information, payment issues, or suspected fraud. We strive to present products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that images fully reflect the product.

Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT within the EU. For orders outside the EU, local taxes and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We accept payment by card, Klarna and other available payment methods at checkout. Payments are securely handled by our payment providers, including Stripe, Klarna and Kustom. GLACIAL does not store payment details. We reserve the right to update prices, correct errors, and modify or cancel orders if necessary.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are shown at checkout. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to external factors. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we may contact you to offer an alternative product. If no suitable replacement is accepted, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Returns & Claims
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Personalized products (e.g. engraving) cannot be returned.

Warranty & Claims
Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact customer support within 30 days.

Liability
Our liability is limited to the total value of your order. We are not responsible for indirect losses.

Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
